We sell log-grown shiitake mushrooms through our Mushroom CSA, direct to local restaurants (The Spy, The Eggs Nest, Butterfields, Hash, Mountain Brauhaus and more), and at the High Falls Food Co-op and Cheese Louise.
We also offer you the opportunity to grow shiitake mushrooms at your own house by selling pre-inoculated ‘Holiday Gift Logs’ in November and December.
Most of our apples are sold direct to home cider makers and local restaurants. Apples and pears are also available in season at the High Falls Food Co-op and Cheese Louise.
